A successful Bible quizzer isn’t just one who just scores a lot of points or is on a championship team.

My hope is that quizzers will love to read and study the Word of God because thats how we find out what God is saying to us.

The real goal of Bible quizzing is to help you spend more time in Gods word by making it fun and more challenging to study and learn.

“Study” usually means it gets treated like a chore, just more work to do. And that’s not how we want to approach God’s word.

Instead of ‘oh now I’ve got to study’, we’re trying to have the attitude ‘hey now I get to study!’

One of my favorite verses from Jeremiah “Your words were found, and I did eat them; and your word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart: for I am called by your name, O LORD God of hosts”
